A companion document, RFC 8848, delves into\r\nCLUE signaling details as well as the SIP \/ Session Description\r\nProtocol (SDP) session establishment phase. CLUE messages flow over\r\nthe CLUE data channel, based on reliable and ordered SCTP-over-DTLS\r\ntransport. (\"SCTP\" stands for \"Stream Control Transmission\r\nProtocol\".)
