The profile applies to the capabilities,\r\nconfiguration, and operation of all components of US National\r\nSecurity Systems that employ such X.509 certificates.  US National\r\nSecurity Systems are described in NIST Special Publication 800-59.\r\nIt is also appropriate for all other US Government systems that\r\nprocess high-value information.
