This framework has\r\nbeen extended with a media capabilities negotiation mechanism that\r\nallows endpoints to negotiate additional media-related capabilities.\r\nThis negotiation is embedded into the widely used SDP offer\/answer\r\nprocedures.\r\n\r\nThis memo extends the SDP capability negotiation framework to allow\r\nendpoints to negotiate three additional SDP capabilities.
