This\r\nmemo builds on the basic concepts, general guidelines, and framework\r\nof RFC 3743 to specify proposed registration and administration\r\nprocedures for Chinese domain names. The document provides the\r\ninformation needed for understanding and using the tables defined in the IANA\r\ntable registrations for Simplified and Traditional Chinese.
