These\r\nextensions should enable an efficient management of IKE and IPsec\r\nSecurity Associations when a host possesses multiple IP addresses\r\nand\/or where IP addresses of an IPsec host change over time (for\r\nexample, due to mobility).\r\n\r\nThis document discusses the involved network entities and the\r\nrelationship between IKEv2 signaling and information provided by\r\nother protocols. Design decisions for the MOBIKE protocol,\r\nbackground information, and discussions within the working group are\r\nrecorded.
