The responsible\r\nsubmitter is the e-mail address of the entity most recently\r\nresponsible for introducing a message into the transport stream.\r\nThis extension helps receiving e-mail servers efficiently determine\r\nwhether the SMTP client is authorized to transmit mail on behalf of\r\nthe responsible submitter's domain.
